Austin tends to be a dynamic city where events, businesses and movements come and go. Some things, however, hold steady. We’re thrilled to announce that one of those cornerstones of Austin’s makeup is returning by way of Trailer Food Tuesdays.
The 2016 and 2017 seasons have been confirmed by Food Trailer Productions (Eric Silverstein, Tiffany Harelik and Tony Yamanaka) and the Long Center for Performing Arts. The 2016 season will take place on June 7, July 19 and August 16 from 5PM – 9PM.
As of now, a similar format is expected from the event. We’re looking at 15-20 of Austin’s finest food trucks and trailers teed up on the Long Center terrace and lower loop. In addition, free live music from a soon to be released line-up as well as local experiential vendors are there to enjoy. Last year, the event was happy to boast guests like Ruby Jane, Wood & Wire, Typewriter Rodeo and Kong! Screenprinting.
Up-to-date information can be found on Trailer Food Tuesdays Facebook Page, Twitter and Website. Each event’s lineup will be released 7-14 days prior to the event taking place, which gives you ample time to devise your plan of attack for all the delicious eats!
Trailer Food Tuesdays is officially taking applications for all three events via an online application process. Interested experiential vendors can apply at www.TrailerFoodTuesdays.com for consideration.
Trailer Food Tuesdays has been taking place at the Long Center for over 3 years. This event has steadily grown in number of food trucks, attendance and entertainment. Food Trailer Productions is thrilled to enter a multi-year agreement with the Long Center for Performing Arts. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
