Gourmet S’mac & Cheese

Serving up a four cheese blend of Gourmet Mac & Cheese. The recipe was created by a native Austinite that went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York. She is a manager at one of New York’s top rated restaurants. You can order up a hearty serving without any toppings but i would recommend adding in some bacon, smoked sausage or seasoned ground beef, then top it off with caramelized onions, shaved parmesan, jalapenos or black olives. They also serve a great Philly S’mac Steak Sandwich, Grilled S’mac and Cheese, and S’mac Breakfast Tacos.
