At Firefly Pies, we use the finest imported Italian products including San Marzano DOP tomatoes, 00 wheat flour, EVOO, artisan meats, specialty cheeses, and more. Local organic and sustainable farms, co-ops, and suppliers provide our fresh produce and meats, and we use only the highest grade all natural cheeses. We also take great pride in our handcrafted wood-fired brick oven, built locally and custom made for our trailer and its unique, singular design. Authentic Neapolitan Pizza is held to a strict set of tenets by which we adhere to provide you with the highest possible quality and preserve the fresh flavors of our ingredients, while infusing our own unique approach. We make all products in-house, from scratch. Firefly Pies is an Austin original – locally owned and operated.
