Living in Texas, Keith was no stranger to barbecue cook-offs and backyard pit-smoked meat. Keith decided to try his hand at the time-honored tradition of smoking barbecue and never looked back.

After 8 years of family and friend tastings, numerous seals of approval, and a successful run at SXSW in 2012, Keith was encouraged to share his talent with the masses.

Although they’re just starting out, Keith and wife Robin are excited and inspired to embark on the pit-smoked adventure to come.
