Pretty Thai for a White Guy

We are three culinary graduates form Le Cordon Blue in Austin with a passion to cook unique eats for the Austin foodies.  We build our dishes inspired by Thai food and Thai flavors.  We are continually building new menu items and are going to break into a new idea of creating Thai Sandwiches.  Sandwiches aren’t Thai, true, but their flavors would go great with some freshly bakes hearthstone breads!
