The Peached Tortilla

Peaches. They are versatile as a fruit (peach cobbler), prominent in familiar colloquialisms (She’s a peach!) and even in pop culture (The Presidents of the United States of America). Until recently, there was a massive void in the trailer scene. The Peached Tortilla has filled that  void with what I can only expect to be fabulous fusion cuisine incorporating Southern and Asian flavor profiles. We’re talking tacos, sliders and Belgian fries.  As the very proud owner Eric will tell you, “Flavors know no boundaries at The Peached Tortilla.” Do as he says, allow yourself to get peached.
