Three Little Pigs


Chef Raymond Tatum pulled together a custom-built trailer that serves pork centric dishes inspired from around the world. The menu is slated to change on a regular basis, and the experienced cook is the driving force. It’s tough to pinpoint exactly what to classify this trailer as. Think of a full nose to tail menu with everything good in between.

    I was there the Saturdy night that Anna is taking about, and yes it took a long time to get our food, but we knew what was going on, it was his first year anniversary and I was with a group of 20 people helping them celebrate it. it might not have been the best move on his part, bet they did the best
    they could. and the food was out of this world.
    go sometime there and give it a try.
